Whether it’s jaw-dropping stunts, safety-first bike hacks, or just discovering new ways to move, Wheel Style is where play meets purpose. Founded to unlock potential and spark imagination, our workshops are designed to connect, challenge, and uplift every young rider who rolls through.

Founded in early 2023 in the heart of London, Wheel Style was born from a passion for BMX, creativity, and community. What began as a bold idea to bring BMX stunt displays and hands-on workshops to schools, youth groups, and public events quickly grew into a movement that’s inspiring young people across the city.

Our Story – Wheel Style

Wheel Style was founded in 2023 by Yinka Thomas, a passionate BMX rider, educator, and community builder based in East London.

What started as a grassroots initiative combining stunt displays with inclusive workshops quickly evolved into a movement that’s inspiring young people across boroughs like Newham, Hackney, and beyond.

Yinka’s journey blends professional stunt riding, teaching in SEMH schools, and deep community engagement. With years of experience supporting children with additional needs, Yinka saw BMX as a way to build confidence, spark joy, and promote active lifestyles. That vision became Wheel Style.

What We Do

BMX Stunt Displays: High-energy shows that wow crowds and showcase flatland tricks, flips, and freestyle creativity for any occasion.

One-to-One Sessions: Personal coaching that builds trust, skill, and self-belief especially for children with additional needs.

Bike Fix Workshops: Hands-on sessions teaching practical repair skills, teamwork, and independence.

After-School Clubs & Camps Community Events: Fun, inclusive spaces where young people can ride, learn, and grow.
